The Reserve is one of Cape Town’s most exclusive night clubs and restaurants, offering an incredible venue with 12 meter high ceilings, and marble-clad walls.
In the conceptual process, the key differentiating factor that Pier2Pier wished to communicate was that of exclusivity. The prestige of the venue, and its limited accessibility had to be easily deducted from one glance. The client was actively involved in this process, and so the concept quickly evolved into a corporate identity that is strong in terms of being meaningful and memorable.
Pier2Pier undertook the design of The Reserve’s promotional material, where information about events is disseminated to its publics. Many of the events hosted by the club are themed, thus requiring an appropriately representative design.
A stylish website design was constructed that integrated social networking capabilities, booking requests, and hosted galleries and event information for visitors. The email newsletter is easy to subscribe to, ensuring additional brand touch points, and regular interaction between The Reserve, and its audiences.
A custom Facebook page was designed for The Reserve that encouraged people to “like” it before more exclusive content was made available. Here, information about events is made available to visitors.
